StoriBoard Club Terms of Use

Introduction

Welcome to StoriBoard Club. This website is owned and operated by PH100 Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12219023, VAT No. 426 1859 84), with its registered office at Riley Studios, 724 Holloway Road, London, England, N19 3JD. By accessing or using www.StoriBoardClub.com (“Website”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using this Website immediately.

Bookings and Purchases

• Bookings for shared experiences or product purchases must be made through the Website.

• Third-party bookings or purchases made outside the Website will not be honoured and are non-refundable.

• Payment terms and cancellation policies are outlined below.

Shared Experiences: Dinners

• Details: Dinners are held every Tuesday. The exact restaurant address will be provided one day before the event.

• Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own bills, including food, drink, and service charges.

• Group Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust group allocations for operational reasons up to a few hours before the dinner.

• Liability: StoriBoard is not responsible for:

  • The quality of food, drink, or service at the restaurant.

  • Any interactions, disputes, or issues arising between participants or with the restaurant.

  • Any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during the dinner.

Important: Purchased dinner tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the event.

• Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your booking and payment.

No-Shows

• If you do not inform us of a cancellation by 7:00 PM on the event day, rescheduling is not permitted, and your booking will be forfeited.

Account Restrictions for No-Shows

• Three no-shows: You will be banned from booking events for three months.

• Two no-shows: You will need to purchase an additional ticket before rebooking.

• Advance Notice: If you provide notice 24 hours before the event, you may reschedule up to three times before being required to purchase another ticket.

Refunds

• All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise authorised by StoriBoard management.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy on the Website for detailed information on how we handle your data.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are valid for 30 days and automatically renew unless cancelled.

• You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next renewal date through your account settings.

• No refunds will be issued once a subscription fee has been charged.

Website Use

By using the Website, you agree to:

1. Use it only for lawful purposes.

2. Not harm, disrupt, or compromise the Website (e.g., by introducing malware or attempting unauthorised access).

3. Avoid scraping or using automated tools to extract data.

Failure to follow these rules may result in restricted access or termination of your account.

The Website is provided on an "as-is" basis. StoriBoard does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for:

• Loss of income, business, or data.

• Incidents arising from unauthorised access caused by user actions.
